A man has shared his near-death experience after drinking frog poison. In this experience he had the illusion that alien snakes were trying to separate him from his body. Social media influencer, Dakota Vint, gives an insightful account of her psychotic journey after “speed-todding”, a new trend taking over the world. ‘I drank toad poison and I thought I was going to die,’ he said in a video uploaded to his Dakota of Earth YouTube channel.
Dakota admitted that she didn’t think he would do it again. He said, “To be ripped from your body and laid on a cosmic operating table with kaleidoscopic alien reptiles sucking energy from your body is a profound experience… “I said I would never do DMT again because smoking it and that It was very scary to fly into the world (shamanic spirit world). “It’s like getting hit in the face with a baseball.”
Dakota explains that he was on a spiritual retreat in Mexico when he sampled psychedelic toad medicines traditionally used as medicine by indigenous peoples. Also called Bufo Alverias, this practice has become extremely popular in Tulum, Mexico, where tourists come for about 20600 rupees to experience the altitude.
The drug may have been consumed by licking the back of a poisonous amphibian, but is now commonly consumed as a smokable “dust”. The liquid is extracted by feeding milk to the toad’s venom glands and then dehydrating it into a dry paste. It has been promoted as a “miracle cure” for the ills of the modern world, including anxiety and depression, but it is more powerful than other psychedelics and comes with substantial risks, including persistent psychosis.
“I was always like, ‘Man, this is too fast, I don’t want to scream and run around and cry,’ but something about this day just felt right. The ceremony was very peaceful and beautiful and in a way, it felt like my own funeral. Dakota’s video, which has been viewed nearly five lakh times, received thousands of comments.
